Dreambox A Tele-Collaborative Virtual World Influenced by Sandtray Analysis |
Psychologists have long used a technique called Sandtray Analysis to gain insight into the subconscious of their patients. Patients are encourged to create any scene they want using a collection of figures and objects that have symbolic or architypal meaning. The psychologist then reads the sandtray by interpreting the meaning of those objects chosen and their interrelationship within the scene. We set out to create a system that reflects those choices using a set of object attributes and their deterministic changes due to proximity.
